We welcome your group to the most scenic venue in Madison County, Virginia for your next special event. Experience exceptional beauty every season in all directions. From casual get togethers to elegant affairs our Tasting Room and Tap Room with its expansive outdoor space is a great location for birthday parties, holiday parties, company retreats, retirement parties, reunions, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and weddings.
Small Groups (15-40 People)
Whats Included: Exclusive use of the outdoor biergarten and adjacent pavilion. A staff member to take orders and run drinks. Outdoor heaters are available for use November through March when temperatures are below 60° Fahrenheit.
All beverages must be purchased from the venue due to ABC licensing and regulations. Catering is available through our Tasting and Tap Room Kitchen. Catering cost is based on food prices.
Cost: All Small Groups are required to reserve for a 3 hour minimum. Monday or Thursday Reservations for groups of 15-24 are $75/hour. For groups of 25-40 Reservations are $100/hour. Friday - Sunday Reservations for groups of 15-24 are $100/hour. For groups of 25-40 Reservations are $150/hour.
Large Groups (40+ People)
Whats Included: For large private events at the Tasting and Tap Room you may rent the entire property. We can accommodate groups of up to 125 people. Catering is available through our Tasting and Tap Room Kitchen. Catering cost is based on food prices.
Cost: Rental fee’s for our venue are dependent on weekday and time of year. During Peak months of April, May, June, September and October prices are as follows: $4000 Monday or Thursday, $5000 Friday or Sunday and $6000 for Saturday’s. During Off Peak months of July, August and November prices are as follows: $3500 Monday or Thursday, $4000 Friday or Sunday and $5000 for Saturday rentals. During Off Season months of January, Feburary, March and December prices are as follows: $3000 Monday or Thursday, $3500 Friday or Sunday and $4000 for Saturday’s.
